Community Building Circles 101: Community Building Circles 101 is an experiential 3 day training to introduce participants to community building circles, the bedrock of restorative approaches. In this training, participants will experience the power of community building in a circle, learn about the restorative approach–its roots and underlying principles–and learn the basics of keeping a circle. Participants will also have the opportunity to discuss implementation of restorative practices in their workplace, practice keeping a circle, and gain feedback from their peers.

CMRS directly and indirectly offers a variety of continuing education opportunities each year, including a 6-hour conference every Fall.
