Community Mediation & Restorative Services, Inc believes training is an effective strategy as we seek to develop the capacity of our community to respectfully resolve conflict and repair harm. We collaborate with other mediation and restorative parties to create more opportunities for people to participate in transformative, skill-building experiences.

Harassment Court Mediation Continuing Education

This training is being presented by Harassment Court Referees Melissa Houghtaling and Mark Labine. It is open to anyone who may wish to mediate in this venue or is mediating in this venue. It will be a an exceptional opportunity to get up-to-date information on court procedures and best practices and one-on-one feedback with the Referees!

We will be addressing writing agreements and the variety of issues that come up in harassment court as well as mediation statutes.

Light dinner will be served at the beginning of the session.
